Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground meat of choice
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 packet of GOYA® sazon
  • 1 tablespoon of sofrito
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 blocks of Philadelphia® cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2-cup Hood® sour cream
  • 2 cans Ortega® refried beans
  • 4 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 16 oz. jar of Ortega® salsa
  • 2-3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3-4 cups Kraft® shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, add the ground meat, onion powder, sazon, sofrito tomatoes and garlic. Brown the meat until fully cooked.
  2. Remove meat mixture from skillet and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Then evenly spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Layer the meat mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Continue to layer the ingredients in this order: refried beans, salsa, lettuce, cheese.
  6. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers.

Direcciones:

  1. En una sartén, agregue la carne molida, la cebolla en polvo, el sazón, el sofrito de tomate y el ajo. Dorar la carne hasta que esté completamente cocida.
  2. Retire la mezcla de carne de la sartén y reserve.
  3. En un tazón, mezcle el queso crema ablandado y la crema agria. Luego distribuya uniformemente la mezcla en una fuente para horno.
  4. Coloque la mezcla de carne encima de la capa de queso crema.
