Ingredients

  • 5 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 3 ea. roma tomatoes, seeded & diced
  • 1 ea. Serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 3 T. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados until chunky-smooth.
  2. Fold in tomatoes, Serrano chile, garlic, cilantro, and olive oil. Season with salt.

  • 5 aguacates mexicanos, cortados por la mitad, sin hueso y pelados
  • 3 tomates Roma, sin semillas y picados
  • 1 chile serrano, finamente picado
  • 3 cucharadas de ajo, picado fino
  • 1/2 taza de cilantro, finamente picado
  • 3 aceites de oliva
  • Sal al gusto

Instrucciones

  1. En un tazón grande, machaca los aguacates hasta que queden bien grumosos. 
  2. Agrega los tomates, el chile serrano, el ajo, el cilantro y el aceite de oliva. Sazona con sal.
