Ricotta Cannoli Dip

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. Galbani® Ricotta Cheese

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 8 oz. chocolate chips

  • 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla

  • 1 package waffle cones, break into pieces

Directions

  • Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Break waffle cones into pieces.
  • Serve cannoli dip in a bowl with waffle cone pieces and enjoy!

Tips

  • Substitute waffle cone pieces with cannoli chips
