Orangesicle Vanilla Bean Float by Tillamook

Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water
- 4 scoops, or about 2 cups of Tillamook Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 4 scoops of Tillamook Orange and Cream Ice Cream
- 1 can of soda water
- 2 tsp orange zest
Directions:
- In a glass jar, stir orange juice and orange blossom water together until combined and set aside.
- In tall glasses, distribute scoops of ice cream, alternating flavors, evenly between two glasses and slowly pour over the orange juice mixture; top the float with soda water.
- Using a cocktail spoon, swizzle the bottom of the soda, being mindful not to flow the glass over, garnish with orange zest and serve with a spoon.
