No Bake Citrus Freeze Cake from Fruits From Chile®

Ingredients

Crust (if desired)

  • 3/4  cup vanilla wafer or graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Ground almonds or Pistachios
  • 3 Tbsp. butter melted

Filling

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • zest of one orange 
  • honey or agave syrup to sweeten to taste

Directions

  1. Combine wafer crumbs, groundnuts and butter   Mix well. Press into 6” springform pan,  set aside
  2. Place yogurt, condensed milk, orange juice in blender and mix until smooth
  3. Whip cream and fold into yogurt mixture with orange zest
  4. Taste test and add more orange or sweetener to taste
  5. Pour into crust, and freeze until firm, about 4 hours
  6. When ready to serve, remove from springform pan and decorate with lemon/lime/orange slices as desired
  7. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving
