NY Deli Pastrami Sandwich with Gulden's Mustard

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 Marbled rye bread slices
- 9 oz Beef pastrami, thinly sliced
- 2 Provolone Cheese thin slices
- 1/2 cup prepared coleslaw
- 2 tbsp Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Butter one side of each rye bread slice with 1 tablespoon of butter. Place rye bread, butter side down, on hot griddle until slightly toasted.
- Place rye bread slices on sheet tray. Layer one bread slice with pastrami and provolone cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
- Remove from oven; spread coleslaw over cheese.
- Spread plain bread slice with spicy brown mustard; place, mustard side down, over coleslaw. Cut in half.
