Cubano Cheeseburger by Tillamook

Ingredients:
- 4 toasted sesame seed buns, lightly toasted
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1.5 lb ground beef, molded into 4 round patties
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 4 slices Tillamook Swiss Cheese Slices
- ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
- 4 slices ham
Directions:
- On opposite sides, spread mustard and mayonnaise over the inside of your toasted buns and set aside.
- Season each side of burger patties with an even amount of salt and cook over a hot grill for 7 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Once the burger is almost completely cooked (around the five-minute mark), melt a slice of Swiss cheese over each patty and remove from heat.
- Carefully stack your cooked patty, slices of ham, and pickles onto your bun and serve.
