Chef Rosie Batista's Winning Recipe: Classic Coquito

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. evaporated milk

  • 15 oz. cream of coconut

  • 13.5 oz coconut milk

  • 14 oz. condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ¼ cup coconut rum

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup coconut water

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours to thicken.

  • Pour into individual glasses and top with cinnamon and star anise (optional).
