  • 2 tbsp. GOYA® Wheat Flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Cilantro-Jalapeño Chimichurri Sauce:

  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
  • 4 tsp. GOYA® Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
  • ½ tsp. GOYA® Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp. GOYA® Oregano Leaf
  • ¼ tsp. GOYA® Crushed Red Pepper

Directions:

  1. Air Fryer Crispy Cheese Bites: Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Transfer flour to shallow bowl. Whisk egg in second shallow bowl. Transfer breadcrumbs to third shallow bowl. Dredge cheese cubes in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F according to manufacturer’s instructions.

  5. Air-fry, turning halfway through the cook time, for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cilantro-Jalapeño Chimichurri Sauce: In medium bowl, stir together jalapeños, cilantro, oil, lime juice, garlic, adobo seasoning, cumin, oregano and crushed red peppers.
  7. Arrange crispy cheese bites on serving platter. Serve with chimichurri sauce.

Notes:
· For a party appetizer, serve with cocktail toothpicks or thread air-fried cheese onto mini skewers.
· Prepare chimichurri sauce up to 3 days in advance and store in airtight container in refrigerator.
